Fess
Fess (フェッセ Fesse) is the youngest of the three succubus sisters created by Lust Reaper, and a major character in Lust Grimm, Lust Friend and LustGrimm Again. She also has a brief appearance in Lust Memory.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Fess has golden eyes and blonde hair tied into twintails. Like other succubi, she has an hourglass figure, horns, bat-like wings and a spaded tail. Her clothing consists of a collar, straps across her breasts, short shorts, elbow-length gloves and thigh-length boots, all with a black-and-gold colour scheme.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Fess is a cheerful and whimsical person. For example, she engages Magrut in a battle while going easy on him, and leaves him be reagardless of the outcome of said battle. She enjoys watching horror movies, sometimes watching them with her sister Ideal.
Despite her whimsical side, Fess is also capable of being responsible when the situation demands it. This is shown when she proposes working with Empress, despite also being angry at Empress for taking control of her.
Fess seems to hate it when other people imitate her, and will react whenever Magrut does this in front of her. On the other hand, if Magrut does this during her boss fight in Lust Friend, her opinion of him actually increases slightly.

Fess, along with Ideal, was created from the magical power of Lust Reaper.
Lust Memory[edit | edit source]
In the bad ending of this game, Fess and Ideal appear next to Lust Reaper to witness the creation of their new sister Manuve (a human transformed into a succubus by Lust Reaper).
Lust Grimm[edit | edit source]
Fess is the very first enemy encountered in the game, meeting Magrut just as he leaves the Outset House. She engages him in a fight but holds back her true power. Regardless of whether he wins or loses, Fess leaves, warning him that she won't go easy on him next time.
Fess later appears outside Rotkappchen's house. She disappears after Magrut talks to her.
Fess's final major appearance is at the entrance to Howling Castle. Here she fights Magrut seriously. After her defeat, she casually leaves.
Fess can optionally be encountered again at the Animal Forest in the Forest of the Lost. Examining the bed here causes her and her sisters to take revenge for their defeats by raping Magrut.
If the player completes the Sonne Labyrinth, there is a bonus cutscene showing Fess and her sisters in their house. Fess and Ideal discuss a movie and Fess invites Manuve to watch, but she declines. Manuve asks them about what to do, as she is uncertain due to their mission now being complete. Ideal suggests pursuing Magrut and Fess thinks that this is a good idea.
Lust Friend[edit | edit source]
By the time of this game, Fess and her sisters have made a new home in a different world of succubi, one that is ruled by the succubus queen Empress.
One day, Fess is lost in a forest and unable to find her way back to her sisters. Unknown to her, she is being watched by Empress and another succubus (presumably Shandilla). Empress takes control of Fess' body.
For the most of the game, Fess acts according to Empress' will. She summons Magrut to this world and tells him that, if he helps her gather materials to build a tower for her kind, she will return him to his former world. She also assists him with her power, allowing him to revive if defeated by a succubus (up to two times per battle). Shandilla pretends to be Fess' enemy.
After Magrut obtains all of the materials needed, Shandilla reappears and reveals that she's taken control of the tower, and dares Magrut and Fess to stop her. Magrut climbs the tower and defeats Shandilla, only for her and Empress to reveal their true natures. Empress explains that the succubus world will eventually be destroyed, and she's working to stop this by absorbing the human world (which would make all the men food for succubi and transform the women into succubi), increasing the succubus world's power so it can withstand any disaster. For this purpose, she had Magrut gather materials to get the power needed, and she also needs Magrut's body. She takes Magrut's body, killing him and forcibly closing the game.
When the game is reopened and that save reloaded, Magrut ends up at the start of the game. An Empress-controlled Fess greets him again. However, Empress soon realises that Magrut remembers the previous events. She shows him the future of the succubus world, then releases her control over Fess and leaves the two of them in Magrut's house.
Fess explains how she's now the one in control again. She decides to help Magrut in opposing Empress.
Fess and Magrut then go to the tower again to confront Empress. There are two diverging paths depending on whether the player chooses to defeat or befriend her.
If Empress is fought and defeated, Fess tells her that she doesn't have to do this alone and that they (including her sisters) can work together to stop the future destruction. Suddenly, they sense the same kind of magic as in the bad future. Fess tells Empress to send Magrut back to his world. Afterwards, Fess and the others are unable to stop the destruction of the succubus world, and a ruined Fess Town is shown during the credits.
If Empress is befriended, the events play out similarly to if she's fought, with Fess trying to have Magrut sent back to his world. However, in this path he instead ends up in a strange dark space with Mea, a human girl with an alter ego who is the cause of the succubus world's future destruction. He manages to get her to stop. The succubus world is now saved, and Magrut is sent back to where Fess and Empress are. She and Magrut go back to the latter's house, where Fess says the succubus world seems to have been saved from disaster.
Another series of events will occur if Magrut defeats a sufficiently large number of enemies. The Record Keeper Fairy in Magrut's house offers to give him a badge that lets him kill succubi. The Empress-controlled Fess is unable to perceive this conversation, but she warns Magrut not to use the badge as it may ruin her (Empress') plans and bring about the worst ending. If Magrut ignores this warning and kills all of the other succubi in the game, Fess will confront Magrut, becoming Dark Fess, and attempt to kill him until he (and by extension the player) gives up.
LustGrimm Again[edit | edit source]
Fess is again the very first enemy encountered in the game, meeting Magrut just as he leaves the Outset House. Unlike in Lust Grimm, she succeeds in making him ejaculate despite holding back her true power. She then leaves while warning Magrut that she won't go easy on him next time.
Fess later appears outside Rotkappchen's house. She disappears after Magrut talks to her.
During Magrut's first visit to Daydream Tower, Fess is standing in front of the entrance. She asks Magrut about the progress he's made on collecting the pages, says some additional words depending on Magrut's response, then leaves.
Fess's final major appearance is at the entrance to Howling Castle. Here she fights Magrut seriously. After her defeat, she casually leaves.
Fess can later be encountered at her house in Animal Forest, along with her sisters.
After the succubus sisters' master Lust Reaper loses to Magrut, she tells them that as she no longer needs them, they can now live as they want. The scene changes to Fess and her sisters in their house, with Fess and Ideal watching a horror movie. Fess laughs as she thinks the movie isn't scary at all. Meanwhile, Manuve contemplates their future. Ideal suggests pursuing Magrut and Fess thinks that this is a good idea.
